ESTATE PLANNING

Planning for the future is not just about protecting your assets, it's about providing peace of mind for you and your loved ones. At Stone Haven Law, we help individuals and families create tailored estate plans that reflect their values, safeguard their legacy, and ensure their wishes are honored.

Whether drafting a will, establishing a trust, or navigating powers of attorney, we offer clear guidance and compassionate counsel every step of the way. Your future deserves a strong foundation and we are here to help you build it.

ELDER LAW

Elder law is about preparing for the future in a way that protects your well-being, your independence, and the resources you’ve worked hard to build. At Stone Haven Law, we help older adults and their families navigate the key legal and financial decisions that arise with aging, including Medicaid planning, long-term care considerations, asset protection, and incapacity planning.

Whether you’re planning ahead or addressing changes as they come, we’re here to help you create a thoughtful, secure path forward so you and your loved ones can move ahead with confidence.

BUSINESS LAW

Building and running a business requires clear guidance and reliable support. At Stone Haven Law, we help entrepreneurs and growing companies navigate business formation, contract management, copyrights and trademarks, and privacy policies & web compliance with confidence.

Our approach is practical and straightforward: focused on protecting your interests, strengthening your operations, and helping your business move forward with clarity and security.

We provide the guidance you need to operate smoothly today and build strategically for tomorrow.

INSURANCE LAW

When disaster strikes, you count on your homeowners insurance to be there, but too often, claims are delayed, underpaid, or unfairly denied. At Stone Haven Law, we stand up for homeowners in disputes with their insurance companies to ensure they receive the full benefits they are entitled to under their policy.

From storm damage to fire losses and everything in between, we know the tactics that insurers use to keep you from what you are owed. We don't back down, because your home, and your peace of mind are worth fighting for.
